Some days there needs to be a nudger project, a teaser to the muse to draw her out. For me, that usually means playing with the camera. We’ve had our trusty image grabber since Victoria, 2009: the Canon G10. Combined with an old Manfrotto tripod, daylight, and iPhoto editing, I keep it pretty old school.
And stones! The only thing I still collect is stones. This morning I played stone-arranging-on papers with selections from Regina, SK, Clear Lake, MB, Muskoka, ON, Victoria, BC, Qualicum Beach, BC, and Cobourg, ON (West Beach). Just imagine all the stone fondling I got to do.
Happy playing, everyone.
